Do’s:

-Clean your piercing twice daily with sterile saline solution or a piercing aftercare spray.

-Wash your hands thoroughly before touching your piercing or jewelry.

-Gently pat dry with a clean paper towel (avoid cloth towels)

-Sleep on your opposite side (for ear piercings) to avoid irritation.

-Stick with the original jewelry until fully healed (changing too soon can cause irritation or infection)

Don’ts:

-Do not touch, twist, or play with your jewelry unnecessarily.

-Avoid swimming in pools, lakes, or hot tubs until healed.
